  • Do you only ship to the UK?

    Currently we only ship within the UK. We hope this will change in the future.

  • Do you have a store?

    Yes we do! You can find us located in Perth, Scotland. Our Address is This Little Stitch, 66 Scott Street, Perth, PH2 8JW.

    We carry many more items in store than we do online, feel free to give us a call or message if you can't see what your looking for, we would be happy to check our in store stock for you.

  • Can I buy smaller amounts of fabric than 1m?

    Absolutely! If you would like a cut smaller than 1m then please get in touch and we will happily make you up a custom order.

  • What do you sell in store that's not online?

    We have a much bigger range of all category's that you see online in store, we also stock threads, yarn, scissors, trims,buttons, ribbons and much more too.

    If there is something specific you are looking for please get in touch and we would be happy to make up a custom order for you.

  • What is your returns policy / How do I get a refund?

    You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

    To start a return, you can contact us at this_little_stitch@yahoo.com or you can visit us in store.

    Items can be returned in store or posted back to us.
    Please note that returns that are posted are at the expense of the buyer unless otherwise stated by This Little Stitch.

    Please hold onto your proof of postage until you receive your refund.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like cut to order products (such as fabrics, ribbons, webbing, cord, elastic etc). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

  • My Product is Damaged/Faulty


    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • What days do you ship?

    We ship your packages on Tuesdays and Fridays.

    Although we have been known to do extra drop offs here and there, or during especially busy periods.

  • Who do you use to ship?


    All our Packages are sent 48hr Tracked by Royal Mail.

    If you need faster delivery please let us know before you place an order and we will try to accomodate you where we can.
